1. How long does it take to setup my account once I've paid?
Normally within 20 minutes. You will receive a "welcome" email with your account details and DNS settings. Maximum 24 hours.

2. What does the control panel (CPanel) do?
The Control Panel allows you to easily add mail accounts, administer your databases, create password protected directories, create subdomains, configuring MySQL databases, check your site statistics, and too many more to name here.

3. Do you allow adult sites?
No. if any adult sites uploaded we will cancel the account without inform.

4. Do you offer CPanel in Different languages?
Yes, We offer CPanel in 23 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Swedish, Romanian, Dutch, Russian, Brazilian-Portuguese, Simplified-Chinese(GB), Traditional-Chinese (Big5), Polish, Italian, Norwegian, Finnish, Indonesian, Arabic, venian, Korean, Japanese-shift_JIS, Japanese-euc-JS

5. Once I sign up to one Plan Can I upgrade to a different Plan?
Yes, you can upgrade at anytime. This does not involve any account disruption, simply changing the quota / bandwidth settings to your existing account. Your monthly fee will be prorated.

6. Can you register a domain name for me?
Yes, click the link http://domain.amrithaa.biz and find your domain availability.

7. How often do you do backups?
Full Backups are done weekly.

8. What happens if I go over my bandwidth or diskspace limits?
We will contact you and suggest you to upgrade to our next Plan or customize a Plan for you. We will not suspend an account automatically when it reaches it's bandwidth limit.

9. Are there any added charges other than the fee?
There are no hidden charges.

10. Do you have 24 hour support?
Yes, we have 24/7 support via our http://www.amrithaa.com/ticket.php, maximum reply time is 5 hour, maximum resolution time is 10 hours.

11. How long has amrithaa.com been in business?
We started out in jan 2005

12. What are your Server Specifications:
All our servers are Intel Pentium 2.8 GHz with 1GB Ram.

13. Where is the Data Centre based?
We rent our servers at 'Managed' datacenter which is located in San Jose, California.

14. Do you provide Windows Based hosting?
No. We only provide Linux based hosting.

15. Do you support Frontpage Extensions?
Yes.

16. Is Fantastico installed on your server?
Yes, FANTASTICO and RVSKIN are now installed on all our servers.

17. Can we see some websites hosted on your servers?
Sure, just visit testimonials.

18. Can I host multiple domains on one account?
This depends on which plan you are talking about. amrithaa's reseller plans can host an unlimited number of domains at no additional charge. amrithaa's hosting plans have the ability to initially host a single domain, but can host more by requesting the addon domain feature.

19. I already have a domain name, what do I do?
Since you already have a domain name, simply select "I already have a domain name" during the signup process. Then, you will simply change your domain's name servers with your current registrar, which is free and fully explained within your account activation email.
